About Elizabeth

I believe some of the most meaningful change happens when we have the courage to look a little deeper, especially when we don’t have to do it alone.

I’m warm, genuine, and pretty comfortable talking about the things that can feel uncomfortable. Therapy with me isn’t about sitting across from someone who has all the answers. It’s a collaborative process where you can be yourself, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and better understand the patterns shaping your life and relationships.

I bring honesty, compassion, humor, and a little bit of adventure into our work together. There’s room for the hard conversations, the breakthroughs, the tears and plenty of laughter along the way.

My Approach

You know yourself better than anyone else ever could. My role isn’t to choose the destination for you. It’s to be by your side as you figure out how you want to get there.

Sometimes that means you’re ready to explore a cave. You lead the way, I’ll bring the map and flashlight and help you navigate the places that feel harder to see.

Sometimes you’re ready to skydive. I’ll go tandem with you until you’re ready to make the leap on your own.

Therapy with me is a little like that. You don’t need someone to take over the journey. Sometimes you simply need someone you trust beside you while you do something courageous.

Our work may take us into emotions, relationships, communication, intimacy, sex, faith, family patterns, or experiences that have been difficult to put into words. Nothing important is off limits simply because it feels uncomfortable to talk about.

I believe therapy can be both deep and human. We can take the work seriously without making every moment feel heavy.

Courage to explore. Freedom to grow.

Faith & Therapy

Faith can be an important part of how we understand ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.

For clients who want it, faith and spirituality are welcome in our work together. For those who don't, they don't need to be part of therapy at all.

You decide what matters. I'll meet you there.

A Little More About Me

I was born in the Pacific Northwest and some of my favorite childhood memories were made along the Washington coast.

Today, I live in Missoula with my family.

I love the idea of adventure, not necessarily because the destination is always comfortable, but because there's something powerful about discovering what we're capable of along the way.

And that's a little like how I think about therapy.

You decide where you want to go. I'll be beside you as you find your way there.
